في إطار احتفائنا بيوم المرأة الإماراتية، شاركت زميلاتنا الإماراتيات من مختلف قطاعات المجموعة في تجربة تطويرية تفاعلية بعنوان «صمّمي فصلك القادم»، تضمنت ورشة لإعداد لوحات الرؤية، وساعدتهن على استكشاف تطلعاتهن، وترتيب أفكارهن، وتحويل طموحاتهن إلى أهداف وخطط أكثر وضوحاً للمرحلة المقبلة. انطلقت التجربة من سؤال طرحناه عليهن: كيف ترين رحلتك نحو المستقبل؟ ومن خلال الأنشطة والتأمل وتبادل التجارب، بدأت الإجابات تتبلور، وأصبحت رؤيتهن للفصل القادم من مسيرتهن أكثر وضوحاً. وفي الرستماني الدولية للصرافة، نواصل التزامنا بدعم المرأة الإماراتية في تحقيق طموحاتها، وتنمية مواهبها، والمضي بثقة نحو المستقبل. تستمر رحلتهن، ومعاً بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل. #يوم_المرأة_الإماراتية #بنظهر_الأقوى_والأفضل #فخورين_بالإمارات #مجموعة_الرستماني #الرستماني_الدولية_للصرافة As part of our Emirati Women’s Day celebration, Emirati women from across Al Rostamani Group took part in “Design Your Next Chapter,” an immersive development experience featuring a vision board workshop that helped them explore their aspirations, organize their thoughts and turn their ambitions into clearer goals and plans for the next stage of their journeys. The experience built on a question we posed to them: How do you see your journey into the future? Through interactive activities, reflection and shared experiences, their answers began to take shape, bringing greater clarity to what their next chapter could look like.
